is THE course for those puppies and beginner dogs who just want to have fun with their owner while building the bond and foundations for staying fit, pre-occupied and healthy, or are serious about their future IGP, or competitive obedience career! You can easily start at home and don't need much space - the fitness equipment fits into any living room and can get neatly put away...
The exercises are designed to make learning easy and fast for both you and your puppy. The lessons are short and simple to follow!
The course is updated with new lessons every week, and there are currently already 10 lessons available for you to start with!
In addition, we have a supportive Private Facebook group where you can share your videos, get feedback, ask questions, and share anything and everything course related.

Working in the animal care industry for 27 years - currently at a general practice Burloak Animal Hospital and also SOAR- Southern Ontario Animal Rehab Vet. Fairly new to IGP but in the past have competed in IPO, CKC Obedience (OTCh), CKC and Caro Rally Obedience, Agility, Draft Dog, Freestyle, Heel Work to music, Scent detection, and Treibball with three different breeds of dogs. IPO started my passion for fitness and conditioning in our sport parters. IGP puts huge physical demands on them in a very difficult sport. Not only will fitness aid in prevention of injury in a fast paced sport but also give the body awareness skills for your precision obedience and power in protection.

I train, live and breath IGP. I started in Schutzhund in 1995 and have been competing in dog sports for over 20 years, with the dogs that stole my heart forever, THE BELGIAN SHEPHERDS, first with Groenendaels and now the Malinois.
Over the years I competed in Obedience, Conformation, Agility and Schutzhund with a firm belief that stability, structure and drive are all equally important for these highly intelligent, super intuitive, active and athletic dogs. Schutzhund became my true passion and obsession... I love all 3 phases of the sport and our IGP community.
For over 20 years I have been researching and learning canine genetics, breed health issues, puppy imprinting and upbringing, training techniques, raw nutrition, maintenance and conditioning. I believe a true winner is a dog who is genetically strong and sound, and who is fulfilled on the deepest levels both mentally and physically.
I own DogSports4u which sells quality training and fitness equipment for dogs and clothing handlers.
